Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service below:

Prerequisites:

You will need to be over the age of 18.
You must also have a clear idea in mind.

I will not draw the following:
Scat, ABDL, Cub, Sexualization of minors, Inflation, Extreme muscles or fatness, Politics, Hate Speech, Bestiality (NSFW Feral)

Copyright / Usage:

The commissioned artwork is for personal-use only and can not be used commercially.

For commercial-use, please notify me before submitting a commission request.

I prohibit the commission to be used for NFT's, AI learning, etc.

I will post the artwork to my socials unless otherwise discussed prior to commission request.

Commission will be signed. Discretion can be made upon request.

Process:

You will be given a rough sketch. Up to three revisions can be made. Major changes need to be addressed at this stage.

Payment will be made after sketch approval.

After sketch approval, major changes (anatomy or perspective adjustments) will incur a fee.

Minor changes such as incorrect markings, patterns, or colors are allowed at no cost.

Finished artwork will be delivered via a Dropbox link in PNG format unless otherwise requested.

Payments / Refunds:

Payment will be through PayPal in USD only to
'[email protected]'

In the event of a commission cancellation by me or the commissioner, for any reason, the refund amount will depend on the artwork's progress.

From Payment to Sketch Approval
100% refund amount
From Sketch Approval to Base Color
30〜50% refund amount
From Base Color to Finished Piece
No refund amount

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to the commissioned artwork will be retracted.

I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers and you will be forbidden to commission me in the future.
