By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service below:
Prerequisites
Be over the age of 18 before messaging me and be direct with what you want drawn - telling me I have creative liberty is okay
If there is something I'm not comfortable with drawing, I will let you know. Most likely though, I'll probably be cool with it
I won't draw this:
Scat, cubs, extreme muscles or fatness, politics, and "hardcore bestiality"
Copyright & Usage
Commission artwork is for personal-use only and cannot be used commercially
For commercial-use, please notify me before submitting a commission request
I prohibit the commission to be used for NFT's, AI learning, etc
I will post the commission on my social media pages unless otherwise discussed prior to commission request
Commission will be signed. Discretion can be made upon request
Delivery
Artwork will be delivered as PNG via Dropbox unless otherwise requested
Refund:
Refund amount will depend on artwork's progress and nature of the cancellation
From Payment to Sketch Approval
100% refund amount
From Sketch Approval to Base Color
50〜30% refund amount
From Base Color to Finished Piece
No refund amount
If you file a charge-back against me, your right to the commission will be retracted and you will also be forbidden from commissioning me in the future
