By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service below:

Prerequisites

- Be over the age of 18
- Be direct with what you want drawn. Telling me I have creative liberty is okay

If there is something I'm not comfortable drawing, I will let you know. I'll most likely be cool with it though, maybe?

Absolutely won't draw this:
Scat, cubs, extreme muscles or fatness, politics, hardcore bestiality

Copyright & Usage

What you commission from me can only be used for personal-use only

I prohibit, meaning I do not want commissions I created uploaded to any AI tools or NFT's whatsoever, regardless if it's for personal-use

If you plan on selling or merchandising anything, please let me know that before starting a commission with me

I upload commissions to my social media pages. If you don't want that, let me know you want the commission to be private

Commission will be signed. Discretion can be made upon request

Delivery

Artwork will be delivered as PNG in a Dropbox link. The download link might expire after a week or two

Refund:

Refund depends on the artwork progress and nature of the cancellation

From Payment to Sketch Approval
100% refund amount
From Sketch Approval to Base Color
50〜30% refund amount
From Base Color to Finished Piece
No refund amount

A sketch that might've been created for you will be reused if you get a refund

If you file a charge-back against me, your right to the commission will be retracted and you will be forbidden from commissioning me again
